We want better birth options for all birthing people.

Studies state that birthing people… “who had attended classes scored significantly higher in the areas of self-actualization, health responsibility, exercise, nutrition, and interpersonal support”

- Source: J Perinat Educ. 2002 Summer; 11(3): 10–19.

“Birth is an opportunity to transcend. To rise above what we are accustomed to, reach deeper inside ourselves than we are familiar with, and to see not only what we are truly made of, but the strength we can access in and through birth.”

– Marcie Macari
